I’m glad you’re here! My Name is Armando Benitez and I would like to welcome you to Brandon’s Diner. With the help of my wife and four children we opened our first restaurant in January 1997. As restaurant owners we have one goal and that is to please you with the most delicious food and the most efficient service in an atmosphere of warmth and friendliness. Thanks to our loyal customers we currently have eight locations in order to better serve you.
The recipes used here have been perfected over time and tested, so that I am confident you’ll enjoy them. We were the first to introduce the big plate-size flapjack. Many have copied it, but none can match my time tested recipes for French Toast (you gotta try it), our homemade biscuits and my real sausage gravy or our homemade Chile Verde, tacos, chorizo and eggs to name a few. Anybody can rent a building, give it a name and open the door and call it a restaurant. But at Brandon’s, we are serious about serving great food and dedicated to pleasing you with delicious down-home cooking every time you visit.
